How to remove window weather strip

A quick learner from California says:
Hello

I'm having real problems trying to remove the weather strip. My windows are metal. Do I cut a grove at the ends to pull it out? I've attached photos

Any help appreciated.

Regards

Tom from SWISCO responded:

Hello, Roy. Typically wool pile like yours can be pulled out of little pre-made cuts on the side of the channels, but some windows are totally sealed up. In your case, you will have to make your own cuts. We have a video that shows you exactly how this can be done.
