Thanks for writing in! Your shoe is no longer made however, there is a chance that our 15-199 could work as a replacement for you. Look over the dimensions and compare them to your existing shoe to determine if this is the right replacement for you.

Your cover appears to be the 15-150S Coil Single Support. This cover along with the 15-199 shoe are typically compatible with our Series 160 (3/8" thick) Coil Springs. To confirm that this is the series you will need for the window, double check the thickness of the spring. 

Once you've confirmed the series, you'll need to check the metal coils for any stamps that might indicate the spring strength needed for each coil. If there aren't any stamps, you'll need to divide the exact sash (window) weight by the total number of coils in the window.
