Identify Replacement Window Channel Balance

A handy person from Austin says:
Stamp say 2720 BSI. I'd like to go up to a 2730. I also need to replace a set of 2740 BSI. both are 28 inches, not including the plastic parts.

What are my options? Thank you.

Hello there. This looks like an S395-28 Channel Balance. Unless there was an issue with opening and closing your windows prior to these balances we breaking, we strongly advise just sticking with the stamp options you originally had (2720 and 2740, respectively). Stamp options designate highly calibrated weight ranges that balances can support. You absolutely do not want to use a stamp option with a weight range that your window sash falls outside of. Otherwise the windows will have trouble staying open, or they'll drift open when you don't want them to. Let me know if you have any other questions or concerns.
