Thanks for writing in! Your patio door handle lever looks a lot like our 82-240 Roto Multi-point Mortise Latch Lever. Unfortunately, this part is only available in white or almond. To determine if this will be a fit for your door, carefully look over the dimensions below. Although, you should be aware that the prongs on your latch appear to be a bit shorter than the prongs on ours. If that happens to be the case, this level will likely not be compatible with your door.
