Is the 81-125 ball bearing?

I purchased 10 of the 81-125 on 06-21-2023. They were installed as replacements on 5 large 33 year old mirrored closet doors. The fit is perfect however, the drag is immense.
Your technician Steve and I are both wondering if these are (not) ball bearing rollers?
A child would not be able to open these doors. I would appreciate your help.
Thanks

Hey, Tom. I'm sorry to hear you're having trouble. The 81-125 is definitely a ball bearing roller, so I don't think that's the reason why these are dragging. It could be another issue.

If you haven't already, the first thing you want to do is lubricate the roller and track. I recommend using a silicone spray, which is clean and easy to apply. I also suggest making sure that you turned the adjustment screw high enough to raise the housing over track. In my experience, the reason why a closet door drags like how you describe is because it hasn't been adjusted enough to get clearance.

If those two methods fail, get back to me and we can look into other options.

I'll give it a try.
Thank you
