Jalousie Window Crank/Left Hand Operator Replacement

A home owner from Florida says:
Good morning, this is a crank for a triple window operator crank. I measured to the best of my ability, so I'm going to say this is close, but not perfect.
I have 4 cranks not working...I have 9 of these windows.
Top hole to bottom hole: 5 1/16
Top hole is a single hole
Distance between bottom 2 holes is close to: 1 1/8

There is no markings on these cranks, they are pretty old as this mobile home was built in 1984.

Any help would be appreciated. I need to order at least 4

Greetings! I recommend you have a look at the 39-061 that's used on Keller/Air Control awning windows. I believe this may be what you're searching for. However, take note of the top offset installation hole location. Review the specifications and see if they match what you need for this repair.
