If you need the door's inner mortise lock, this handle set can work with a few different kinds so we will need to see yours to determine which you need. Finally, patio door rollers vary a tremendous amount even when you know the brand, so I am afraid the only way to say what you might need is to see your old ones out of the door. As for the lock it appears you have the 82-227. However you could order the 82-243 stainless mortise latch and install it using your existing mortise face plate. Or order the 82-227 and use the face plate and keep the mortise for a patio repair, maybe in storage somewhere in a less corrosive area away from the beach. The keeper is either the 89-029 or the 89-041 which comes out further from the jamb. Compare them with your keeper. Lastly the handles, the 82-091 handle set has a interior aluminum die cast handle which might hold up better in the salt air. The exterior handle however is regular die cast. We also carrier the 82-030 handle set which is used on Jeld Wen patio door with an "open" pull exterior handle which makes it easier to open door from the outside.
