JeldWen casement window crank

A home owner from Tama, IA. 52339 says:

I have a Jeld Wen casement window that has an inoperable crank. The crank freely spins . The gears do not connect. The crank mechanism has a stamp reading Pat # 48040.075. That is the only ID information I can find when I removed the sash.

Would someone please call me

To further review, we will need to see the window open where we can see a bird's eye view of the arm attachment(s). From there we can narrow down our selection to determine the best fit. Thank you!

This is a great find! The lumber yard estimate was $3,200 for the replacement!
