Thanks for your patience during this busy season. We should be able to supply a replacement for this balance, but yours is too damaged to ID. There is one detail in particular that's missing from your photos but is imperative to see, which is the clip, hook, or shoe at the end of the cord. Can we see a picture of that piece?

A handy person from Norman, OK says:
I'll be happy to provide as many photos as you need. Let me know if this does not answer the question.

Thanks! That hook looks like a match for our 15-170, but that isn't a standard option. That means this balance will have to be custom made.

What I plan on doing is using our S770-29 with a 29D stamp option as the base, Then we'll remove the terminal clip it usually comes with and install the 15-170 instead. Does that sound good to you?

One other thing to note is that this particular balance is out of stock. Due to the quarantine, we don't have an exact ETA, but we are trying to get them in as soon as we can. Supply chains are very backed up now so delivery time is uncertain. There is a tentative lead time of 4-5 business weeks, but if things don't calm down soon then it could take longer.

If that sounds good for you, please tell me how many balances you'd like to purchase. Once I know that, I'll email you a purchase link and price quote that you can use to place an order on our site.

A handy person from Norman, OK says:
I don't see a left or right. If they are the same I need four (4). If they are different I need two (2) left and two (2) right.

These don't come in left or right. These balances can work for either side interchangeably. I'll email you a purchase link for 4 right now.

I now need the slide blocks that the counter balance pulls on/window fits into. Broke one replacing the counter balance.

Tom from SWISCO responded:

Certainly, that'd be our 15-169.

A handy person from Norman, OK says:
Can you please send me a link to order?

Tom from SWISCO responded:

According to our records, I emailed you a purchase link for the balances on the 6th. You should check your spam filter in case it got accidentally flagged.

A handy person from Norman, OK says:
I need to order the slide block that I ask you about yesterday. At 2:05 pm, you responded "Certainly, that'd be our 15-169.". That is what I need to order. I received the counter balances last week and broke one of the slide blocks installing them. Please tell me how to order the slide block that the counter balance clip attaches to. I sent pictures yesterday. Thanks
