Jordan Windows Balance and Clips

A quick learner from Missouri says:
Hello,
I would like to order replacement clips for my Jordan windows. I may also need at least one balance but mostly it is the clips that are breaking all over the house. The balance has a stamp 2830 on the first floor and is 29" long. Can you please tell me what numbers to order?

Thanks for writing in! Your balance is either the S351-29 with a 1" shoe or the S390-29 with a 1-1/8" shoe. To determine which series is needed for your window. Look over the dimensions from the diagram below to confirm the depth of your bottom shoe. You'll need to select the 2830 stamp.

In regard to the clip, I believe you may be referring to what we call a top sash guide. I am confident we can supply you with a suitable replacement however, I'll need to see the part from a front profile angle. I need to see the design as well as any installation holes on the inside of the sash guide.

Let me know if you have any questions.

Take a look at part 18-182. Carefully compare it to your existing top sash guide to confirm that this is the right replacement. This part is only available in black.
