Jordan channel balance

A handy person from Crossville TN says:
Hi
I have a Jordan window channel balance that needs replacing but I don't know how to identify the series type. Pictures included. None of the channel guides seem to match what is pictured.

Hello, thank you for posting,

To further review, we will need to see the bottom attachment and the hook of the metal channel. From there we can determine the series of balance your window uses. Thank you!

Apologies I thought I included top and bottom pics. Pics #1, #2 and #3 are front, side and back view of the bottom of channel balance. Unfortunately no interior hardware remained so I did not find the spring, hook or pulleys. No identifying part number stamped. Just the 2440. This is a 25" if that makes a difference.

Many Thanks

Thank you,

It appears you have either our Series 351, with a 15-002 bottom attachment, or Series 390, with a 15-001 bottom attachment. Take a look at the image below to determine which balance you'll need.

Since the shoe is broken, do you have an undamaged version that you could measure from the other side of the window or a similar window?

You would need a 25" balance with a 2440 stamp option. Please review and let me know if you have any additional questions!

Many Thanks. The bottom shoe appeared broken to me but I wasn't certain. I assume much of the hardware was removed over the years to attempt repairs and I only have a few semi destroyed pieces remaining. Will order one of each to determine which one is correct and then order the needed amount.

Thanks Again
