Thanks for posting! We do not carry an exact replacement match for your existing hinge but our 32-340, or our 32-349 may be worth considering as a replacement. Although, I cannot make any guarantees that either of them will work given the vast difference in their designs, compared to your hinge. Especially since they do not mount the same way yours does.

You'll also need to consider that you would likely need to drill new installation holes to install the hinges.

Take a look over their dimensions and design and compare them to your hinges to confirm if either of them would work as a suitable replacement.
