Thanks for posting! We do not carry an exact replacement match for your existing cabinet hinges but our 32-137 Full Wrap and 32-138 Partial Wrap, Decorative Butt Hinges may be worth considering as replacements.

Carefully review and compare their dimensions and their design to determine if either of them could work as a suitable replacement. Keep in mind, you may need to drill new installation holes to install them.
