I AM LOOKING FOR REPLACEMENTS FOR A FEW OLDER WINDOWS. I REALLY ONLY NEED THE SHOES BUT IF NEED BE I WILL TAKE THE WHOLE BALNCE AND SHOE.

Thanks for writing in! We can supply you with a replacement for the shoe, however it is not advised to replace the shoe unless you have the equipment necessary to do so. These balances hold a lot of tension so that they are able to support the weight of the sash. With that said, if the string releases, it could cause it to snap up into the balance channel causing the balance to fall apart. There is a potential risk of injury.

Before I can get the order link sent over to you, I'll need to know see the top of the balance to confirm how exactly it connects to the top of the sash.
