So, your operator appears very old at first glance. We do have a more modern operator assembly that might work for you, which is our 39-069. But my concern is that the base of this product is different than your original. It seems more robust and will likely require more space in the wood frame to install.

You should be prepared for doing a fair bit of handiwork to get the newer model to fit in your window. If you aren't handy, you may want to consult a local professional or even have them do the project for you. Even if you are able to alter the frame to fit this operator, there isn't necessarily a guarantee that it will work.
