Hello,

We do not carry an exact replacement for your handle set but the 82-008 is similar. The determining factor would be how the dimensions and locking hook orientation shown below compare to your assembly. Note that the hook can be flipped to face the left side as shown in your photo. 

We also offer the 82-008K keyed version of this handle set. They are often used with the 89-003 keeper. Review the specifications and see what you think. Thanks for posting!
