Locking Pivot Shoe with Metal Cam 5/8" thick

A friend from Chicago says:

Width is 1.25" x 2" High No relevant markings and no idea what the windows are or their age.

Will be replacing with 600 series springs too. I think Swisco #15-047 should work? What is the width and height of the pivot bar opening?

The 15-047 might work, but it will depend on thickness, which isn't a dimension you provided. The 15-047 is 5/8" thick, so that's the next thing you should check.

The cam opening is 5/16" wide x 3/16" tall.
