Hello!

At first glance, this looks like it could be either the Series 380 or Series 385 channel balances. The difference between the two is the depth of the bottom shoe as shown in the image below. You'll have to measure yours to determine the best match.

Based on your old 28C stamp, you may need the 2830 stamp option but you can always weigh the window sash to confirm the weight falls within the 16 to 23 pound range.
