Thanks for writing in! Your coil balance pivot shoe looks a lot like our 15-199. Carefully look over the dimensions and compare them to your existing shoe to confirm that this is the right fit. I am confident these are the replacement shoes you'll need.

This pivot shoe is compatible with either the Series 160 (1/2" width) or the Series 165 (3/8" width) coil balance springs. To determine which series you have, you'll need to confirm the width of your coils.

Since there are 3 of each coil and each of them are stamped with a 4, it is likely the window is 24lbs. You'll likely need the S165-4. The compatible cover is the 15-205 Egress Coil Triple Support.
