Thanks for reaching out! Your casement window operator looks like an older style version of our 39-014 Casement Window Operator and its opposite handed version, part 39-013. To determine if this is the right replacement, carefully compare the dimensions below.

The compatible handle is the 39-114L Crank Handle. You may also need the 39-505 11-3/8" EntryGard Track.
