Looking for help identifying part - window balance.

A quick learner from Martsons Mills, MA says:
Hello,

I'm trying to determine what the correct part number is to order to replace balances on some of my windows. I have attached some pictures. The only marking on them is "2430" which is in one of the photos. I measured the metal section end-to-end, excluding the plastic pieces on the end, and it was 25 inches.

Thank you.
Mario

Hi Mario, thank you for posting,

To further review, are you able to show us pictures of the top nylon attachment? Seeing the overall style will help us determine the series of channel balance needed. Thank you!

Thank you for the additional pictures,

It appears you have either our Series 351, with a 15-002 bottom attachment, or Series 390, with a 15-001 bottom attachment. Take a look at the image below to determine which balance you'll need.

You will need a 25" balance with a 2430 stamp option. Please review and let us know if you have any additional questions!
