Hello, Thanks for posting! Your Simonton coil balance pivot shoe is no longer made but the good news is, we do have a replacement solution that should fit well in the track. Take a look at the 15-259 Coil Balance Pivot Shoe. Carefully look over the dimensions to confirm that this will be a fit.

This shoe is compatible with the Series 159 Coil Balance. To confirm the correct spring strength for your sash, you will need to take a look at the existing coils for any stamps/markings. Although, it may be a good idea to obtain the exact weight of the sash, down to the ounce, then divide the sash weight by the number of coils in the window. You'll need to replace the existing pivot bar with our 26-083. It appears that you have a single coil, so you'll need to use the 15-255 Coil Single Support. The 15-256 Coil Double Support is used for windows that use two coils. Take a look at the video below for a detailed explanation on converting this assembly. |
