I have old metal industrial windows in my house. I am restoring them and would like the fix the cranks if possible. When taking is apart, it appears to be one whole piece.

It says hopes Jamestown, ny on it.

Hi there!

This is a very old operator.  I don't know if we'll have an exact match, but take a look at our 39-353 and 39-354 operators. Compare our dimensions to yours and see if you could use this as a replacement.
