Hello. I need to repair 1 window in a house I recently purchased. Attached is the images of the channel balance I need. Hopefully, you can help me which one it is. It is 30" long (metal tip to metal tip)

Jasmine from SWISCO responded:

Thanks for posting! Your channel balance appears to be the Series 395 balance with a winged top guide and a wingless bottom shoe. Since your metal channel measures 30", you'll need the S395-30.

You'll need to select the 2920 stamp option which supports a sash weighing 16 to 23lbs.
