Looking replacement part for a window

A home owner from Columbus, OH says:

Looking replacement parts for the attached picture of a window. I'm short, need the parts that attach the spring back to the frame. Enclosed are pictures of the parts and pieces.

You are showing us a broken balance that looks very similar to the Series 795. We can help you with this replacement. You will need to raise the sash, tilt it in, and remove it. Next, take a photo of the other balance that is not damaged and send it over to us. We need to see how it is attached to the top and have you tell us the length of the metal portion of the balance along with the width of the bottom T-lock shoe. If there also happens to be any stampings or markings on the balance, please let us know.
