Attached is a picture of a part in pieces that we need to match. It is a coil balance I believe it is S140 but I am not sure if it is a single, double, or triple.

I'm not sure either, but since your old balance has a "14" stamped on it then I would go with the S140-14. This is designed to carry sashes weighing 27 through 28.99 pounds. As long as your sash weight falls in that range then it will work for you regardless of the number of springs.
