Hello, thank you for your patience! 

Looking at your operator along with the dimensions and hole locations, I find that the 39-012 is the closest. The only difference I can see is that your link arm you say is 3-3/8" in length. I could not locate any of the operators we carry with that long length link arm. However these type operators do have some "travel play" in the linkage and hopefully should work for your window. If you do find that you need a longer arm, you could swap operator arms from your old one to the 39-012. You will need to purchase some type of rivet or fastener to attach the arm to the new operator. Take a look at the 39-012 on the web site along with the other related hardware and video.
