Thanks for writing in! We do not carry an exact replacement for your existing pivot bar but our 26-125 should work well as a suitable replacement. This lower sash pivot bar was the earlier version of your existing pivot bar. Other customers have confirmed that it worked well in their repairs. Take a look over the dimensions and see what you think.
