Your pivot shoe looks like a match to our 15-180, which is designed to be used with the Series 190 coil springs and the related items found on our product pages. Take a look and compare the dimensions below to yours. 

As for your tilt latches and sash lock, we may be able to help but we would need you to write out the exact distance between the installation hole centers of both parts to narrow down your replacement options. Thank you!
