MW vinyl windows

A home owner from Delaplane VA says:

I have MW vinyl windows ca. 1998. Some of the little rotating cams have disintegrated so the tilt no longer works. Pictures attached. Can you recommend a fix? Let me know what measurements you need for a retrofit if that is the option. Thank you.

If you could show us the pivot shoe removed from the window jamb, as well as write out the exact with and thickness, that will help us narrow down your options.
