Thanks for posting! Your casement window operator looks similar to the 39-147 Andersen Window Crank; the opposite handed version is part 39-146. To confirm that these are the right replacement be sure to carefully review and compare the dimensions below.

These operators are compatible with the 39-286 Casement Window Handle. If you are looking to replace the rail bracket, the one in the photo is the 39-161 Right Bottom Rail Bracket; the opposite hand is the 39-160.
