Unfortunately we are not able to provide an exact replacement for your hinge. The closest we carry are styles like the 32-340 and 32-349, but we cannot guarantee they will be a direct fit. Please review the overall specifications of each hinge to see if you think one of these could be adapted your cabinet. I apologize that we cannot supply an exact match.
