Mi Casement Window Crank Handle and Cover

A contractor from Florida says:

Im looking for the correct cover and crank handle for this Mi casement window. The window is only a year or two old. I have some other casement windows that use crank handle and cover part number 39-376, but this one window has a different crank. Is this something you recognize?

We'd be happy to look into this for you but we would like to see photos of the operator arms that attach to the sash frame, which allows the window to open and close.
