Thanks for posting. Your balances appear to be either our S380-29 or the S385-29 channel balance. To determine which series you need, you'll need to confirm the measurements for the bottom shoe of your balance. Take a look at the dimensions below to confirm the balances needed for your window.

Once you've confirmed the series, you'll need to look for a stamp on the metal channel of your balance to select the correct stamp option for your balances. If there is no stamp or it does not match those shown on the website, you'll need to obtain the exact weight of the window. Then you'll use the window weight to confirm the stamp you need based on the weight ranges.

A quick learner from Bradenton Florida says:
It's the S380 and stamped 28G.

Thanks for confirming. I believe you'll need the 2870 stamp option which is rated to carry a window weighing between 39 to 42lbs.

Before submitting your order, I would be sure to weigh the sash to confirm that your window does fall between this weight range. If not, there is a chart below the product description of the S380-29 that you can use to select the correct weight range for your window.

Received the channel tensioners and they worked perfect on one window. The other window had a broken end bracket on the window itself. I'm attaching pictures of the bracket and wondering if you can supply these as well.

Your top sash guide looks like it could be our 18-180. To determine if this replacement guide is the right fit, you'll need to compare the measurements. It may help to remove it from the window to do so.
