Thanks for writing in! I'm sorry to say that we wouldn't be able to supply you with a replacement for that piece on the crank handle. To be quite honest, I am not sure that you would find this piece available anywhere. The good news is, we can supply you with the replacement handle.

Hi,
I am looking exactly for this folding down crank handle but my window finish is Bronze. Do you have this part available in bronze? The damaged part is the inside mount bushing. If handle is not available in bronze, can that part be taken out?
