Hello, thank you for posting,

Please start by reviewing the 39-091 and 39-092 operators to see how they compare to your original. Please note that the link arm that connects the operator to the window sash will need to be reused as this part is obsolete and no longer available. 

We do not carry these exact hinges, but we recommend reviewing the 36-048 2-bar hinge set as a possible replacement. We also carry the 36-004-10 stainless steel hinges. Please note that these are not adjustable like the 36-048 as shown in the video related on the page. Both the top and bottom hinges will need to be changed out at the same time.
