Milgard window balancer

A quick learner from California says:

Hello,

I have an older Milgard window. The balancers are broken and I'm having trouble locating the correct guide for one end. S395-21 seems to be the right part however one end doesn't match right. Mine has wings like the other end.

Please see the photos and let me know if you have this guide and what the part number is.

Your help is appreciated.

Thank you,

Philip

Hi there, Phillip.

I'd say you want either the Series 380 or Series 385 based on what I see here. The only difference between these two Series is the depth of the bottom fitting so you will have to measure yours. You can use the image below as a reference.
