HI Casey, can you include a photo of the other side of the roller showing the adjustment 'screw' side?

By the way, do you or do you techs have experience getting the existing rollers out of the frames. Is there a metal flap to be folded back or should it snap in and out?

Sure, we pulled one of the 23-017 roller pairs from our inventory. See the photo of the adjustment side of these parts below. 

As for removing them, we recommend removing the door from the track and placing it on a flat surface. Then, use something like needlenose pliers to get a good grip on the housing and manipulate it back and forth to disengage the hook portion from the door frame. There's no special trick to up but it can require some work and elbow grease.
