Miter cut screen corners

A handy person from Reston VA says:
October 21, 2023
Trying to repair several screens by replacing the plastic inserts in the corners. They are approximately 1.5 inches long on each side, fit into a slot that is 3/8" by 3/16". Pictures attached.
