Mortise Latch on an older Storm Door

A home owner from Montana says:

I'm trying to find a replacement Mortise Latch for a storm door on our new home.

The only thing I can find in/on the parts is EI Patent or IE Patent.

The door is 1" thick (possible 7/8"). Width of the mechanism is 5/8". Looks like approx 7/8" off-set on the sq handle hole.

I would like a replacement latch in a brushed nickel or satin nickel.
