Multiple casement windows needing new hardware

A contractor from Iowa says:
Hello, I have a customer with 6 windows (some right hinge and some left hinge) needing new upper and lower hardware. I would appreciate any help helping find the right parts thank you!

Thank you for reaching out to us. If you're looking for the hinges, start by having a look at the 36-049 and 36-048. Review the specifications and see how they compare with yours. We just recommend replacing them in pairs.

Do you need the operator as well? If so, can you show us an undamaged version? We'd specifically like to see the base of the operator and a bird's eye view of the link arm that moves the sash.

Thank you so much! It looks like those hinge bar sets will work. They come in a pair, is one for the top and one for the bottom of the window?

Yes, these hinges come in pairs! One for the top and one for the bottom of the window. However, it looks like the link arm is missing from the operator. Is there an identical window in the house with a complete operator assembly? If so, we can use that as a reference.
