We don't sell the base of the operator separately since it's all one mechanism. Furthermore, the worm gear that came out with the handle isn't designed to be repaired or replaced. You'll need an all-new operator assembly as a result. For a new compatible handle, see the 39-114, 39-114L or 39-205 depending on your preferences.
