Is buying pair is cheaper than buying single.

I think after measurement before it is 26-419 and 26-420

Hello,

We generally recommend the 26-243 and 26-244 to replace tilt latches like yours. The 26-419 and 26-420 are similar except for the backset of the installation tab on the bottom of the latch, which is broken off of the part shown in your photos. I would recommend removing an undamaged latch from one of your windows to compare to the specifications shown below.
