Need Help Identifying 25 inch channel window balances

A quick learner from Long Beach says:
Hello! i am looking at replacing these window balances from the 1990s. The springs have rusted and the hook on the end of the spring has broken off, and the cord does not run smoothly. The channel without attachments is 25 inches. I will need about 10 of these, but I can give an exact number later. Thank you for your help!

Bob from SWISCO responded:

Hello there. It appears the bottom fitting has wings, or 'side tabs', but the top fitting lacks them. Is that correct? If so, see our S350-25 Channel Balance. Please compare with your old item to confirm. Let me know if you have any further questions, or need help choosing the correct stamp option.
