This is a Hurd casement window crank. On the back it has 7702 stamped. On the black arm it says Wright on it.

This reminds me of an older version of the 39-388. The 39-387 is the opposite-handed version. Take a look at the specifications below and see how they compare with yours.

The dimensions look correct. I was hoping you had the square version (older version) so I would not have to modify the window sill.

You shouldn't have to modify it at all unless the sill wraps over it. I'm sorry to say that Truth doesn't make the older version anymore.
