Need a Milgard window Channel balance

A home owner from Honolulu, HI says:
Aloha,

I've uploaded picture of the Milgard certification at the top of the window and the only channel balance I could find that seemed appropriate on your site. Is this correct? What do I need? The window does not stay up. One balance seems to be missing and the other either broken or disconnected. Any help would be appreciated.
Mahalo,
Steve

Thanks for posting! To confirm if this is the right replacement balance, I'll need to see a photo of an undamaged balance removed from the window. I am unable to identify them based on the sticker of the window, unfortunately.

There are many balances with this type of channel however, they all have different attachments. So, I'll need to see the attachments from your balance to determine the best possible replacement.

Are you able to provide a photo of your existing hardware?

Aloha,
I was able to remove a balance. I don't know if it is whole or broken. Here are some pics. Balance is 37 inches long. Dont see any stamp. Has block and tackle mechanism inside

Thanks for any help you can provide.

Thanks for the photos. Your balances look like either the S380-37 with a 1" shoe or the S385-37 with a 1-3/32" shoe. To determine which series is needed for your window. Look over the dimensions from the diagram below to confirm the depth of your bottom shoe.

To determine the stamp needed for your balance, you'll have to obtain the exact weight of your window. Once you have the window weight, you'll be able to select the stamp needed for your balances, based on the weight ranges on the chart.
