Please start by reviewing the 39-171 and 39-172 operators that are compatible with the 39-114L handle or 39-102 T-handle.

For new brackets, take a look at the 39-545 and 39-546 depending on the orientation needed. 

Also review the dimensions 36-048 2-bar hinge set. Please note that both the top and bottom hinges will need to be replaced at the same time.
