Need assistance finding replacement parts- balances?

A home owner from West Jefferson, Ohio says:
Hi, I believe these are called silver line windows and are approximately 12 years old. Last fall one window had problems, then another. I think they are called balances. It appears a small metal tab or hook that attaches to the window frame has broken. I have a total of 4 broken on three different windows. The one stamped with "24-5" "R0 BSIN" measure 25 inches long. The one stamped " 26-5" " "RV BSIN" measures 27 inches. Also there is a "shoe?" that to be window tilts in on that I believe attaches to the metal balance. Finally, the latches used to release the window to tilt in are not working very well and a couple are in need of replace. I can provide more pictures if needed. I was only allowed to attach 5 at this point. I am pretty handy but have limited knowledge with windows. Thanks for your help!!

I am confident we can help you locate the replacement pieces needed. Before we start, we'd like to see an additional photo showing the complete balance. You also mentioned a possible replacement pivot shoe and tilt latch. We will need to see photos of those pieces as well, with detailed measurements in order to make suggestions on replacement pieces. Once we have everything we need from you, we can get started.

A home owner from West Jefferson, Ohio says:
If you need more detailed pictures let me know. The white tilt out latch measures 2 5/16" for the rectangular body and 2 5/8" wide overall.

The "shoe" slides up and down on the window track and allows the window to tilt inward when unlatched. The shoe is supposed to be attached to the bottom of the metal balance to raise the window.
The top of the balance is supposed to have a metal tab that screws to the window frame. This is also broken. I can send additional photos if needed.

Thank you for your photos. Our S795-25 and S795-27 channel balances should work in place of your existing balances. These can be used with the 15-195B T-lock balance shoe. Since your stamping does not correspond to any of our options, you will need to weigh your sash on a scale and refer back to the sash weight chart listed on the product pages. Lastly, for your latches, start with taking a look at our 26-243 and 26-244. See if your measurements match up with ours.
