Need assistance identifying replacement parts

A quick learner from Florida says:
The channel balances fell out of the window (non-tilt). They're about 17 years old and it appears some plastic parts are broken. The metal channel length is 23 inches; width 1/2 inch. Weight of window is approx 13.4 lbs. The only marking or stamp is 22C. Your help would be greatly appreciated.

Hello,

Your balances remind me of either the S380-23 or S385-23 channel balance. With that being said, we can't be sure since your bottom fitting appears to be damaged. You’ll need to remove an intact balance from the other side or another window to measure as shown below. The Series 380 has a 1" bottom attachment, and the Series 385 has a 1-3/32" attachment. If your fitting differs from our specifications, please get back to us with additional photos and your shoe depth written out.

You'll also need 2230 spring strength options for your replacement balances based on your 22C stamp. Thank you and let us know if you have any other questions or concerns.
