Thanks for reaching out! Your 26" channel balance is either the Series 351 Channel Balance with a 1" shoe or the Series 390 with a 1-1/8" shoe. To determine which series you have, you'll need to confirm the measurement for the depth of your bottom shoe.

Since your balance is stamped with a 25DS54L, it is likely, your sash weighs 54lbs. That said, this will need to be a custom made assembly. I would suggest double checking the sash weight to confirm before we move forward. Especially since custom assemblies are non-refundable and cannot be returned.

I will also need to know the exact number of balances you intend to purchase. There is an order minimum of (2) balances per custom order.
